All promotional bonuses offered by q9999 are subject to wagering requirements and time limits set out in the specific promotion terms. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until wagering requirements are met.

To use real-money Services on q9999, you must register an Account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address or Pakistani mobile number, and any other information q9999 requests. You agree to update your information promptly if it changes.
Each individual may register and maintain only one Account on q9999. Registering multiple Accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited. q9999 reserves the right to close all duplicate Accounts and to void any bets, winnings, or bonuses generated by or credited to duplicate Accounts. Real Funds deposited on duplicate Accounts may be returned at q9999's discretion.
q9999 is required to conduct Know Your Customer ("KYC") checks in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering standards. You may be required to provide government-issued photo identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership before your first withdrawal or at any other time q9999 deems necessary. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in withdrawal delays or Account suspension.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials. You must not share your password with any third party. q9999 staff will never ask you for your password. You are liable for all activity conducted on your Account unless you notify q9999 promptly in writing that your credentials have been compromised.
q9999 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the payment methods listed on the Platform, which currently include JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, USDT TRC20, Skrill, and Neteller. Available payment methods may change from time to time. All transactions on q9999 are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) for local payment methods, or in the applicable currency for international payment methods.
Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per transaction and per period. These limits are displayed on the Cashier page of your Account and may vary by payment method. q9999 reserves the right to adjust limits at any time with or without prior notice.
Withdrawal requests are subject to: (a) completion of KYC verification; (b) satisfaction of any applicable Wagering Requirements on Bonus Funds; (c) any minimum withdrawal threshold applicable to the chosen payment method; and (d) q9999's fraud and anti-money laundering review process. q9999 aims to process verified withdrawal requests within the timeframes indicated on the Cashier page, but processing times may vary depending on the payment method and the volume of requests.
For anti-money laundering compliance, q9999 may require that withdrawals are processed back to the same payment method used to make the original deposit up to the amount deposited. Any net winnings above deposited amounts may be withdrawn via the method of your choice subject to available options at the time.
All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotions offered by q9999 are subject to specific promotional terms published alongside each offer. These Terms constitute the general framework within which all promotions operate. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and specific promotional terms, the specific promotional terms shall prevail for the subject matter of that promotion.
Unless otherwise stated in specific promotional terms, all Bonus Funds awarded by q9999 carry a wagering requirement that must be completed before any winnings derived from Bonus Funds become eligible for withdrawal. The wagering requirement multiplier and eligible contributing games are specified on the promotional terms page. Bets placed on games that do not contribute to wagering requirements will not reduce the wagering requirement balance.
q9999 reserves the right to withhold, void, or reclaim bonus funds and associated winnings where it reasonably suspects that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple Accounts to claim the same offer, using low-risk wagering strategies specifically designed to satisfy wagering requirements without genuine gameplay, or exploiting technical errors in promotional mechanics. Determination of bonus abuse is at q9999's sole discretion.
Bonus Funds and any winnings generated from them expire if the applicable wagering requirement is not completed within the time limit stated in the promotional terms. Expired bonuses and associated winnings are forfeited without compensation.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. q9999 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. q9999's total liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount of Real Funds held in your Account at the time the relevant claim arose.
q9999 may suspend or terminate your Account and/or access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, for any breach of these Terms or on reasonable suspicion of prohibited conduct. Upon termination for breach, any Bonus Funds and winnings derived from Bonus Funds may be forfeited. Real Funds held at the time of termination will be returned to you following completion of any outstanding KYC requirements and any fraud investigation, unless such funds are subject to a dispute or legal hold.
You may request Account closure at any time by contacting q9999 support. Closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe. Any unsettled bets at the time of closure will be settled according to applicable sport or game rules and the resulting amount added to or deducted from your balance before final withdrawal.
These Terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which q9999 is incorporated and licensed to operate. Any disputes that cannot be resolved amicably between you and q9999 within a reasonable period shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of a recognised arbitration body. q9999 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material, q9999 will provide reasonable notice via the Platform or via the email address registered on your Account. Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to any amendment, you must stop using the Platform and close your Account before the amendment takes effect.
